Refund, cancellation and missed-collection handling at Delhi Duty Free.
Before Collection
If your order has not been fulfilled yet, support can usually help with cancellation or amendment requests subject to cut-off windows, stock reservation rules and airport processing status.
Unavailable Items
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, the unavailable line or affected amount is refunded using the original payment path whenever the payment provider and operational workflow allow it.
Missed Collection
If you miss pickup because of a schedule change, contact support with your order details as soon as possible. Recollection, transfer or refund options depend on product category, timing and compliance constraints.
Non-Returnable Cases
Certain sealed goods, regulated categories, opened products or traveller-mismatch scenarios may be non-returnable except where required by law or where the item is damaged or defective.
