Can I pre-order online and collect at the airport?
Yes. Place your order on this storefront, confirm your travel details, and collect at our Arrivals or Departures stores at Terminal 3.
What are the duty-free allowances?
Standard allowances are 2 litres of liquor/wine, 100 cigarettes (or 25 cigars), and goods up to ₹75,000 per passenger. Please see the Allowance page for the current published limits.
Can I return a duty-free purchase?
Sealed, unopened items can be returned within 7 days subject to our Refund Policy. Opened cosmetics, consumed liquor and tobacco cannot be returned.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI, and cash in supported currencies at the airport counter. Saved payment methods can be managed in your account.
