Bring premium fragrance and beauty walls to life — partnering with global houses on launches, planograms and in-store storytelling.

About the Role

Lead the visual merchandising for one of the highest-grossing fragrance and beauty zones in Indian travel retail. You'll work directly with brand reps from LVMH, Estée Lauder, Coty and more on launches and pop-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute visual rollouts for launches and seasonal moments.
  • Manage in-store signage, lighting and brand-wall placements.
  • Coordinate animations and pop-up activations with brand partners.
  • Track display effectiveness via sales lift and report to category leads.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of visual merchandising experience in beauty / luxury / department-store retail.
  • Comfortable on-floor — physically active, ladder-friendly work.
  • A strong sense of brand — knows the difference between Tom Ford and Yves Saint Laurent.
