About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute visual rollouts for launches and seasonal moments.
- Manage in-store signage, lighting and brand-wall placements.
- Coordinate animations and pop-up activations with brand partners.
- Track display effectiveness via sales lift and report to category leads.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of visual merchandising experience in beauty / luxury / department-store retail.
- Comfortable on-floor — physically active, ladder-friendly work.
- A strong sense of brand — knows the difference between Tom Ford and Yves Saint Laurent.
