About the Role
You'll work the arrivals counter helping travellers complete their pre-orders, verify allowance against passport / route, and discover last-minute purchases. Strong customer empathy and clear communication are the keys to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome every traveller and guide them through the pickup workflow.
- Verify allowance and travel documents accurately and politely.
- Process payments, handle returns, and reconcile cash and card transactions.
- Re-stock shelves, maintain visual merchandising standards.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years in customer-facing retail or hospitality.
- Confident English speaker; second Indian language a plus.
- Comfortable with rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
- Friendly, patient and high-energy.
